Directions to the Secchia Center
The Secchia Center is located at 15 Michigan St NE, Grand Rapids, Michigan, 49503-2508.
From the East
-
Take I-96 west toward Grand Rapids. Stay left to get onto I-196 west.

Take I-196 west toward Downtown/GR/Holland for 1.8 miles.

Exit College Avenue NE (exit 78). Turn left onto College.

Take College to the first traffic light; turn right onto Michigan Street.

Take Michigan approximately ½ mile.

Look for the white Spectrum 1 parking structure sign on the right, just before the Secchia Center. The parking garage entrance is just east of the Secchia Center, under Tower 25.
From the West
-
Take I-196 east toward downtown Grand Rapids.

Exit Ottawa Avenue (exit 77C); move into the left lane.

Go one block and turn left onto Pearl Street

Take Pearl one block; turn left onto Ionia Street

Take Ionia one block; turn right onto Michigan Street. The Secchia Center will be on your left.

Pass the Secchia Center and turn left at Bostwick Avenue (first light). You will see a sign reading Entrance 3.

Veer left for the Secchia Center. The ramp entrance is on the right.
From the North

Take US-131 south to Grand Rapids.

Take exit 86 A ON YOUR LEFT and merge onto I-196 east toward downtown Grand Rapids.

Exit College Avenue NE (exit 78). Turn right onto College.

Take College to the first traffic light; turn right onto Michigan Street.

Take Michigan approximately ½ mile.

From the South

Take US 131 north to Grand Rapids.

Take I-196 east towards Lansing (exit 86A).

Stay in the right lane and take the first exit, Ottawa Avenue (exit 77C).

Go one block and turn left onto Pearl Street.

Take Pearl one block; turn left onto Ionia Street

Take Ionia one block; turn right onto Michigan Street. The Secchia Center will be on your left.

Pass the Secchia Center and turn left at Bostwick Avenue (first light). You will see a sign reading Entrance 3.

Veer left for the Secchia Center. The ramp entrance is on the right.
Parking
From Michigan Street, locate either the Spectrum 1 or Spectrum 3 sign over the parking (P) ramp entrance. When you enter the ramp, take a pink ticket from the dispenser. Bring this ticket in with you and the Office of Admissions will give you a validation voucher for exiting the ramp.
Park on level P5 in any space marked Secchia Center Visitor Parking. Use the glass enclosed elevators at the far west end of the garage to enter the building. Secchia Center floors are Floors 1 through 8. Parking structure floors are designated with a "P" before the floor number. The Office of Admissions is on the 3rd floor. Turn left after exiting the elevators. The Office of Admissions is located just before you reach the walkway.
When you exit the building, be sure to use one of the elevators labeled Access to Parking and proceed to the correct parking level.

Another option is to take Amtrak to Grand Rapids. The Amtrak station is located less than two miles from the Secchia Center.
